How do I obtain a receipt for my online Health Care Plus payment?

After you complete an online premium payment transaction for Health Care Plus, your service provider automatically emails the payment receipt to your registered email ID.

The receipt contains all the relevant details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment date/time
  • Paid amount
  • Payment source (card ending, net banking, etc)
  • Invoice reference number
  • GST details

Additionally, anytime later, you can log in to your Health Care Plus account and view or download premium payment receipts from the ‘Statements’ section.
