How can I recharge my DTH account?

Recharging your DTH account using digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, or UPI apps such as Google Pay, Shriram One, etc. is a quick and convenient process:

  1. Find your preferred digital payment app's 'Recharge and Bill Payment' section. This is usually prominently displayed on the app's home screen.
  2. Select 'DTH' from the list of service categories. You'll typically find this among other options like mobile recharge and electricity bills.
  3. Choose your DTH operator from the list provided. Common options include Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, Tata Sky (now Tata Play), d2h, and Sun Direct.
  4. Enter your DTH customer ID or subscriber number. This unique identifier is usually found on your DTH bill or can be obtained by pressing the 'Home' button on your DTH remote.
  5. In the amount section, you have two options:
  • Browse available recharge plans: The app will display various packages offered by your operator, including monthly packs, add-on channels, and long-term plans.
  • Enter a custom recharge amount: If you know the exact amount you need to pay, you can input it directly.
  1. Select your preferred payment method. Most apps offer options like UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet balance.
  2. Verify all details and complete the transaction.

This method ensures quick activation of your DTH services, usually within minutes of successful payment.
