Can I set up recurring payments for my club or association bills?

The ability to set up recurring payments for your club or association bills depends on the nature of the fees and charges. Since amounts for certain dues can vary from member to member or have dynamic pricing, automated payments may not always be possible.

However, some recurring expenses, like annual membership or subscription fees, locker rentals, etc., remain fixed, although each member's payment dates can differ. In such cases, you can log into your account portal and select the 'Recurring Payments' tab if available. Choose the relevant fee, payment frequency and stored payment method.

The system will automatically initiate deductions on the set dates without the need for manual intervention. In some cases, you may be charged convenience fees. The key benefit of enabling autopay is that it prevents you from missing renewal deadlines. Do ensure your primary payment instrument linked has an adequate balance beforehand
