Can I pay my broadband bill without registering an account?

No, paying your broadband bills without a registered account is typically not possible with most service providers. An active broadband connection always requires an account to have been created with your contact information and KYC documents. This links the connection to you as an accountable user.

While you can browse plans and services on most provider websites without registering, making bill payments requires logging into your account, which has your subscription, usage, billing details, etc. Therefore, to pay your monthly broadband bills conveniently via online modes like net banking, cards, UPI, etc., registration on your provider's website/app by submitting your customer ID or registered mobile number and password is mandatory.

Third-party payment gateways cannot retrieve or verify your unique user account details without your billing and payment information.
