I’m not able to complete my Net Banking payment online.
See if any of the below solutions help with your Net banking payment,
Net banking has the highest success rate and is recommended for transactions above 1 lakh rupees.
Two things to check when net banking transaction fails- Check whether your net banking account is enabled for online transactions.
- To know your net-banking settings check with your bank or contact your bank's customer care.
- Check your online transaction limit in case your transaction fails due to transaction limit related issue.

Things to check if your Card Payment fails- Check whether your Debit Card is enabled for Online Payments.

UPI payments cannot exceed above 1 Lakh rupees in a day and can vary and be lower for your UPI account.
Check with your bank to know your limit.
What to do if your UPI payment fails
For UPI Collect Request: (Where you have entered your Virtual Payment Address (VPA), E.X: 999999999@okbank)
- Check whether the VPA was entered correctly
- Open your UPI App for the payment request to complete the payment on time
- UPI payment request has time limits, ensure you open your UPI app and complete the transaction at the earliest
For UPI Intent: (Where you selected the UPI app on the payment page)
- Ensure the selected UPI app has an VPA registered with your bank
Transaction failed, but money has been debited from my account!
If money has been debited from your account, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
You can also reach out to customersupport@shriramfinance.in along with your Transaction/Reference number to know the status of your payment.
Can I add funds to my Fixed Deposit?
No, funds cannot be added at any time of the tenure once your FD is booked.
What is the minimum and maximum investment tenure in an FD with Shriram Finance?
The minimum tenure of a fixed deposit is 12 months and the maximum tenure is up to 60 months
How will I receive the interest amount?
The interest on FD will be credited to your registered bank account.
What is a maturity date?
A maturity date is when all funds due are paid into your nominated account.
Are there any special rates for senior citizens?
Yes, Shriram offers special interest rates for senior citizens at an additional 0.50% p.a.* on fixed deposits.

Deposits will be accepted in multiples of Rs.1000/- Minimum investment amount is Rs.5000/-.
Cumulative deposits can be renewed for maturity value
